The peacemakers of humankind
are warm hearts of similar mind.
With their own unique song,
each group travels on.
They wander by day and many nights long
searching, seeking till light finally dawns.
Coveted, yet for ages concealed,
the space they seek ‘s at last revealed.
It is a state of heart grace
and not some faraway place
that helps heal the wounds
of our human race.
Excerpt from book “Far Above and Beyond High; Stories a Heart Can Tell” by Laara B. Rhine to be available in 2021. It is the ‘story line’ of the 5 paintings that I submitted for this exhibition and represents my point of view on peace - everywhere on our small planet.
